At least four persons were allegedly killed and three others severely injured in clashes that broke out between the TMC and the BJP in Nazat area in North 24 Parganas district on Saturday night, sources in both the parties claimed.

The incumbent BJP chief, often called 'Chanakya' due to his political understanding and histrionics, took oath as a Cabinet minister at 7 pm on Thursday.

Amit Shah has been with Narendra Modi even before he became Prime Minister. After leading BJP as its President, Shah will now join PM Modi as part of his government. He took oath on Thursday (May 30).
